Summary: The overall responsibility of a Crew Leader is the operation of a Bruster's Ice Cream / Nathan's Hot Dog store in the absence of management staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, however other duties may be assigned.
*Oversee front of store - In doing this the Crew leader ensures customer satisfaction, product quality and provides customer service as needed.
*Staff issues - This is done by ensuring that all employees follow the proper dress code and promote a positive attitude.
*Paper / Computer work - Complete all paperwork as required by company and to ensure government compliance; complete banking procedures as necessary.
*Store Operation - To perform the main store functions such as register maintenance and upkeep, knowledge of equipment, ice cream making, cake and pie know - how and ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed.

Summary: The overall responsibility of an Ice Cream Maker is to ensure the store is adequately stocked with ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and ice on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, however other duties may be assigned.
1) Produce ice cream, yogurt, sherbet, ice
2) Maintain cleanliness of work area
3) Possess working knowledge of ice cream making equipment
4)Clean & sanitize ice cream making equipment
5) Complete flavor sheet daily
6) Scoop ice cream on an as - needed basis

1) Serve and satisfy customers
2) Prepare all Bruster's / Nathan's products
3) General cleaning and maintenance
4) Report quality and quantity concerns to manager
5) Restock products / supplies as needed
6) Opening / Closing procedures
